Through advocacy and publications, CDHD's actions ensures that political leaders be accountable; they have to answer to their political decisions that impact on populations.
Accountability involves also checks and balance of power as an important mecanism of control that regulates and constrain institutions actions. This relation between state's institutions determines the success of democratisation.
Main themes include:
- services delivery, community development, education realisations, healthcare, socioeconomic situation;
- parliament debates, relationship between government, parliament and justice, state's institutions performance;
- political promises and people's choice; vertical relationship between political leaders and voters
